By using our website, mobile application, or services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms & Conditions (Terms). These Terms are legally binding and govern your use of our services, so we request you to read them carefully.

1. Definitions

For clarity in this agreement:

• AapkaBhandara.com / Bhandara-wala.com / We / Us / Our refers to the platform owners, operators, employees, representatives, and affiliates.
• User / You / Sponsor / Organizer / Donor refers to any person or entity using our platform, whether to sponsor, organize, donate, or participate in a Bhandara.
• Bhandara refers to a charitable food distribution event facilitated, managed, or supported through our services.
• Services includes our website, mobile app, food preparation, delivery, distribution, sponsorship management, event facilitation, and related offerings.

2. Eligibility

• You must be 18 years of age or older to use our services.
• By registering or making a donation, you confirm that:
  • All details provided by you are true, accurate, and up to date.
  • You have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under Indian law.

3. Scope of Services

• We act as a facilitator for organizing and executing Bhandaras on behalf of sponsors and donors.
• Our services include:
  • Food procurement, preparation, and distribution.
  • Event management and volunteer coordination.
  • Dedication and sponsorship acknowledgments.
  • Providing logistical updates (where feasible).
• While we ensure high standards of hygiene, quality, and timeliness, factors beyond our control (e.g., weather, government restrictions, traffic delays, natural calamities) may affect execution.

4. Donations, Sponsorships & Payments

• All donations and sponsorship payments are to be made through official payment channels provided on our website.
• Non-Refundable: Once confirmed, payments cannot be refunded, except in cases where services cannot be rendered due to our fault.
• Utilization of Funds: Your contributions will be used exclusively for food preparation, event logistics, manpower, packaging, transportation, and related charitable purposes.
• Acknowledgment: We issue receipts for every donation/sponsorship. Sponsors may also request dedication messages (subject to content approval).
• We are not responsible for any failed transactions due to bank, UPI, or third-party payment gateway issues.

5. Sponsorship & Dedication Policy

• Sponsors may dedicate a Bhandara in their own name, their family’s name, or in memory of a loved one.
• Any content submitted for dedications (text, photos, quotes, etc.) must:
  • Be respectful and lawful.
  • Not contain offensive, defamatory, religiously sensitive, or political content.
• We reserve the right to reject or edit content that does not meet our guidelines.

6. Food Quality, Hygiene & Liability

• All meals are pure vegetarian (Satvik) and prepared with utmost care, following food safety standards.
• While we take necessary precautions, we do not guarantee protection against individual allergies, sensitivities, or health reactions. Users must exercise discretion.
• We are not liable for any health-related issues arising from food consumption once food has been distributed.

7. Scheduling, Cancellations & Rescheduling

• Sponsors must provide accurate details (location, date, time) for scheduling a Bhandara.
• Rescheduling Requests:
  • Must be submitted at least 7 days prior to the scheduled date.
  • Are subject to our approval and availability.
• Cancellations by Us:
  • May occur due to natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, or emergencies.
  • In such cases, we may reschedule the event or redirect contributions to another charitable activity after notifying the sponsor.

8. Code of Conduct

• Users must use the platform only for lawful and charitable purposes.
• Misuse of the platform, fraudulent donations, or attempts to disrupt services may result in suspension of access and legal action.
• Volunteers, staff, and participants must uphold the spirit of seva (service), treating all individuals with respect and dignity.

9. Intellectual Property

• All content on our website, including logos, branding, photos, videos, and text, is owned by AapkaBhandara.com & Bhandara-wala.com.
• You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute our content without prior written consent.

10. Privacy & Data Usage

• We collect and store user data (name, email, contact number, transaction details) strictly for operational and communication purposes.
• We do not sell or misuse personal information.
• Data may be shared with service providers (e.g., caterers, logistics partners) only to the extent necessary for executing a Bhandara.

11. Limitation of Liability

• We are not liable for:
  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
  • Health issues, allergic reactions, or dissatisfaction with food taste.
  • Third-party delays (logistics, transport, payment gateway failures).
• Our maximum liability, if proven, is limited to the amount paid for the specific Bhandara event.

12. Indemnification

By using our services, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless AapkaBhandara.com & Bhandara-wala.com, their employees, partners, and affiliates against any claims, losses, damages, or legal costs arising out of:

• Misuse of our services.
• False information provided by you.
• Violation of these Terms.

13. Amendments to Terms

• We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
• Updated terms will be posted on the website, and continued usage of our services will be deemed acceptance.

14. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

• These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India.
• Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Gurugram, Haryana.
